Botswana
Botswana is known as "the land of contrasts". It is
where the Kalahari Desert meets the reedy waterways of the Okavango
Delta and the picturesque white salt pans of the Makgadikgadi.
Enjoy the unique blend of game, flora and fauna.
Botswana is also known for the acclaimed Chobe National Park where
the landscape changes from flood plain to forest...lake bed to ridges of
sand. Moremi Wildlife Reserve topography ranges from lagoons and
winding waterways to flood planes, forests and dry land.
We can recommend camps in each of the above reserves. We are
passionate about Botswana where safari camps offer an intimate
wilderness experience, sleep a maximum of 16 guests in luxurious tents
with en-suite facilities, provide plunge pools and game viewing by open
Land Rover, on foot, boat dug out canoe or elephant back.
Camps
While we recommend a variety of camps and locations,
our preferred supplier is Wilderness Safaris - an African adventure
travel company committed to providing highly memorable, safe,
educational and fun safaris. They achieve this goal by taking
their guests back in time to remote corners of Africa where they have
built small, comfortable camps that offer an unspoiled wildlife
experience. All the Wilderness Safari camps offer twice day game
viewing activities - early morning and late afternoon/evening.
Game activities vary by camp.

degrees. Occasional rains bring relief.

The best time to see Botswana is July - September.
However, travelers now enjoy Botswana throughout the year. No
longer is the season limited from April-October.
No matter when you choose to travel, we can customize
an itinerary to suit your wishes and needs. We know the right camp
